1. Select "My Apps" on the left side of the Yoom management screen and click "+ New Connection".

2. On the next screen, search for HubSpot and kintone respectively and proceed to the next screen.

Then, check the box on the screen below and click "Connect App" to complete the registration with My Apps.

・Enter the subdomain, client ID, and client secret on the above screen and click "Add", then select "Authorize" on the screen below to complete the registration with My Apps.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, copy the template to connect HubSpot and kintone.

1. Open the link below.

2. Click "Try this template" to complete.

Step 3: Set up HubSpot Trigger

Set up the trigger action that will start the flow.
This flow is triggered when a contact is registered in HubSpot.

1. Select "My Projects" in the Yoom management screen and click "Register new contact in HubSpot and then register in kintone".

2. Click "App Trigger: New contact registered in HubSpot...".

3. Confirm the account linked with HubSpot and click "Next".
* Other items are set by default.

4. Set the trigger activation interval and click "Test".
* Trigger activation intervals are available at 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes, and the selectable time varies depending on the plan.
* The trigger action is checked once at each selected interval, and if executed, the flow bot is activated. If you want to reflect contact information immediately, a short interval setting is recommended.

5. If the test is successful, the information obtained from HubSpot will be displayed in the output.
If there are no issues, save it.

Step 4: Set up Registration in kintone

Finally, set up the registration of contact information obtained from HubSpot into kintone.

1. Click "Operate Database: Register contact information in kintone".

2. Confirm the account linked with kintone, set the app ID in the database linkage, and click "Next".
* Other items are set by default.
* The app ID can be selected from the "candidates" displayed when you click the frame.

3. Set the values for the records to be added.
Each item can be selected from the output "When a new contact is registered in HubSpot" displayed when you click the frame. (Values are displayed in double brackets)

4. After setting the necessary items, perform a test and save if successful.
