This time, we will create a flow bot that transfers data to Stripe when a contact is registered in HubSpot!
We will create it in the following major steps.
Let's register My Apps to connect HubSpot and Stripe to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, you can proceed with automation settings smoothly.
Before connecting, create a database in HubSpot!

1. Click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page screen and select "Add".
Enter "HubSpot" in the search box at the top right and select HubSpot from the search results.
2. On the displayed screen, click on "Sign in to your HubSpot account".
On the next screen, enter your email address and click "to the next".
On the next screen, enter your password and click "Login".
3. Next, register Stripe with My Apps.
Similarly, click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page screen and select "Add".
Enter "Stripe" in the search box and select Stripe from the search results.
On the next screen, enter the required fields and click "Add".
※ [Stripe] is an app available only with some paid plans.

1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When a new contact is created" on the displayed screen.
2. Enter the required fields on the displayed screen. Leave the trigger action as is and click "Next".
3. Set the details on the displayed screen. Select the "Trigger Interval".
*Triggers can be set to intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

4. After entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
*As indicated by the retrieved value displayed, "You can use these values in other operations", it can also be utilized in the next settings.
1. Click "Create Customer" to link with the app.
Enter the required fields on the displayed screen and click "Next".
2. Set up the API connection.
Select "Customer Name", "Email Address", and "Phone Number" from the retrieved value displayed when you click the input fields.
After entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
Click the "Turn ON Trigger" button on the screen below to automatically start the Flowbot.
*If the setup is successful, customer information will be registered in Stripe as shown in the image below.
