Step 1: Register HubSpot, Stripe, and Outlook as My Apps
Please register HubSpot, Stripe, and Outlook as My Apps to connect them to Yoom. By registering My Apps in advance, you can easily set up automation.
First, let's register HubSpot as a My App. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
As shown below, a search bar and a list of apps will be displayed, so select HubSpot using either option.
When the following screen appears, click "Sign in to your HubSpot account". For instructions on how to register HubSpot as a My App, please check here.
Next, register Stripe as a My App. Search for Stripe or find it from the list of apps, just like before. When the following screen appears, set the "Account Name" and "Access Token". For detailed setup instructions, please check here.
Next, let's register Outlook as a My App. When the following screen appears, please log in.
If HubSpot, Stripe, and Outlook are displayed in My Apps, registration is complete.
Step 2: Copy the Template
To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.
Read the following screen display and click "OK".
The following screen will be displayed, so check the "Title" and "Description". If you want to make changes, click on the relevant part to modify it. First, to set up launching Yoom's Flowbot from the extension with HubSpot's webpage open, click "Launch from Deal Details Page".
Step 3: HubSpot Trigger Setup as the Starting Point of the Flow and Subsequent Stripe & Outlook Operation Setup
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings. Here you can check the setup method for the Chrome extension. If you haven't installed the Chrome extension yet, please install it from here.
Scroll and check the settings.
"Title" → Can be freely changed
"Account Information Linked with HubSpot" → Ensure it is correct
"Action when Launched from Extension" → Launch from Deal Details Page
Check the following setup method.
Next, set up the "Launch Page URL Sample". After setting, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up HubSpot, click "Retrieve Deal Custom Properties". The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

"Account Information Linked with HubSpot" → Ensure it is correct
"Action" → Retrieve Deal Custom Properties
Check the following precautions.
Scroll and set the "Deal ID". Select the "Deal ID" using the output from "Launch from Deal Details Page". The output will be displayed by clicking the arrow within the red frame.
Next, set the "Internal Name of Custom Property". This time, use the following internal names of custom properties. "user_name, tantosyamei, soushinsaki_id, name_prodact, price_id, suuryou (Client Name, Person in Charge Name, Destination ID, Product Name, Price ID, Quantity)" After setting, click "Test" and the values from HubSpot will be displayed as results. Since these values will be used to set up Stripe, if "Success" is displayed, refer to here to set up the output. After setting, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up Stripe, click "Create Payment Link". *Stripe is an app available on some paid plans. For other plans, the operations and data connections set up will result in errors, so please be careful. A 2-week free trial is available for paid plans. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"Action" → Create Payment Link
The following screen will be displayed, so set the "Product List". Select the "Price ID" from HubSpot's output. The previously set output will be displayed, so select the "Price ID".
Scroll and set the "Quantity". Similarly, use HubSpot's output to select the quantity. If there are other necessary items, set them and click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
