ステップ1:マイアプリ連携

フローを作成するために、使用しているMicrosoft AccountとYoomを連携させてみましょう。
Yoomページの左側からマイアプリ→新規接続の順に選択します。

サインイン画面が出たら、ご使用のアカウント情報→パスワードの順に入力しサインインします。

※Microsoft 365(旧Office 365)には、家庭向けプランと一般法人向けプラン(Microsoft365 Business)があり、一般法人向けプランに加入していない場合には認証に失敗する可能性があります。

ステップ2:トリガーを設定

今回は用意されているテンプレートを使用していきます。
まず、アプリトリガーを設定します。

赤線部をクリックすると以下の画面が出てきますので設定をしていきましょう。

今回は、連携されているMicrosoft Accountが正しいことを確認し、次に進みます。

次に、メールフォルダIDを設定していきます。これは、どのメールフォルダに新しいメールが届いたらこのフローを起動させるのか指定する必要があるためです。
任意のものを設定し、テストでエラーとならなければ保存してこのステップは完了です。

ステップ3:アクションを設定

次にアクションを設定していきます。

赤線部をクリックすると以下の画面になります。

Microsoft Accountが正しいものとなっているか確認します。
ファイルの保存場所、ドライブID、ファイル名(任意)、アイテムID、シート名、テーブル範囲を任意のものに設定し、次に進みます。

受信日時、件名、本文など、追加するレコードの値は任意のものを設定し、テストをクリックします。
エラーとならなければ保存して設定は完了です。
最後にアプリトリガーをオンにしましょう。
