🔧 What You’ll Need
If you don’t have a Yoom account yet, register now from this registration form!
Go to My Apps in Yoom and click the “+ Add” button.

Search for Jira Software & click on the app.

Set your account name (anything you like) and enter your email address you use for Jira Software.
Go to your Jira Software account to get the “Access Token”.

Click “Add”.

Search for Discord & click on the app.

Go to the Discord Developer Portal to get your Bot Token.
Enter this token into the “Access Token” field in Yoom.
Once the required fields are entered, click the ”Add” button at the bottom right.

Once all apps are connected, you’ll see them listed under “My Apps”.
Click the “Try it” button to copy the pre-built template into your project.
Click "Try this template".

Click "OK" and give this Flowbot a name to recognize.

This template will be copied to your “My Project”.

Click on the trigger step labeled "When an issue is created" on the Jira Software icon.
Give your trigger a title (anything you like).
If there are no issues with the default setting, click “Next”.

Set your trigger interval (frequency of sync) on how frequently Yoom checks Jira Software for updates.
It can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
We recommend setting the trigger to the shortest activation interval available for your plan.
⚠️ Note:
The trigger interval varies depending on your Yoom plan. Be sure to check your current plan’s limit.

Enter the “Subdomain”.
Follow the instructions provided below the input box, and copy & paste the corresponding name from the Jira Software URL.

Select “Project Key” from the displayed options. (Select the one you want to send a notification about to Discord.)

Click “Test” and save if the test is successful.

Click on the Discord action step labeled "Send Message".
Give your action a name (anything you like).
Select your Discord account, and check the default settings. If there are no issues, click “Next”.

Specify Channel ID (where you want to receive notifications about new Jira Software issues).
Follow the instructions provided below the input box to enter the Channel ID correctly.

Set the content of the message you want to send to Discord by clicking inside the message box.
Click on the data you want to include in the Discord message.
After clicking the data you want to send, it will be added to the message box like below.
The Jira Software test data you sent earlier will be displayed in the retrieved value list.

Customize your message layout.
