Just like with Jira Software, click on New Connection on the right side of the screen.

Enter Talknote in the search window and click on the displayed suggestion.

2. Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

3. Configure Jira Software triggers and Talknote notifications

Let's actually configure the Flowbot.
A screen like the one in the image below will be displayed, so click the area within the red frame.

The "Select Linked Account and Action" screen will be displayed.
Ensure there are no mistakes in the linked account and click "Next".

The "API Connection Settings for App Trigger" screen will be displayed, so proceed with the input according to the content.

Trigger Start Time: You can choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes

Subdomain: Can be obtained from within the Jira URL. The "●●●●●●" part of "https://●●●●●●.atlassian.net/" is the subdomain.
Project Key: Click to display "candidates". Select from them.

Once you have completed the input, conduct a test, and after the test is successful, click "Save".

Next, configure the settings to receive notifications in Talknote.

Click "Post Message to Thread" within the red frame in the image below.

The "Select Linked Account and Action" screen will be displayed, so confirm there is no mistake in the Talknote account to be linked this time and click "Next".

On the "API Connection Settings" screen, proceed with the input according to the content.
Thread ID: Click to display candidates, and select the thread to receive notifications.
Message Content: Click to display the output. Refer to the screen below for input.

Once the input is complete, conduct a test, and after confirming the test completion, click "Save".
At this time, also confirm whether a message has been received in Talknote.

4. Turn on the trigger and confirm the automation settings

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
