How to integrate kickflow with DocuSign to send contracts via DocuSign once approved in kickflow

How to Create a kickflow and DocuSign Integration Flow

Next, let's integrate Yoom with each app. We call this "My App Integration".

My App Integration

Click on the template banner, and you'll find a "Try this template" button at the bottom of the screen. Click it.
This will take you to the "My Project" page, where you should select "My App" from the menu on the left side of the screen!

From the new creation in the top right, enter "kickflow" in the search window, and the kickflow icon will appear, so click it.

Enter the account name and access token.
The account name can be any name you like, as shown in the red frame, so feel free to choose your favorite naming.

The access token can be easily copied and pasted from the kickflow page!
First, log in to kickflow and click the ▼ icon in the top right corner.

Then, as shown in the image above, click the red frame!

You will be taken to the page to issue an access token.
Press the "Create New" button in the red frame!

You need to name the access token you are creating, so decide on a name. Any naming is fine here too!
Once you've entered the name, click create.

The access token will be displayed immediately.
You can copy the red frame part with a left click, so after copying, return to the Yoom screen.

Paste the access token on the previous screen.
Enter it as shown in the image and press add, and the screen will switch. This completes the kickflow My App registration.

The term "access token" might sound intimidating, but it's surprisingly easy once you try it!

Let's proceed to the DocuSign My App integration in the same flow. DocuSign can be integrated into My App even more easily.
It's recommended to log in to DocuSign in advance as it will be completed quickly if you are already logged in!

Just like with kickflow, enter "DocuSign" in the search window from the new creation in the top right, and the DocuSign icon will appear, so click it.
Then, as shown in the screen above, press "Allow Access" to complete the My App integration. It's very easy, isn't it!

Now kickflow and DocuSign can be integrated with Yoom. Next, let's proceed to the Flowbot settings.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try This Template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom
* If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

kickflow Trigger Settings

Click "[Copy] Send Contract with Docusign Once Approved by kickflow" from My Projects on the left side of the screen! Press Edit in the top right corner.

Press the "Once Approved by kickflow" icon in kickflow.
Since the necessary items are pre-filled by using the template, check if the account information linked with kickflow is correct and click Next!

Set up the Webhook event reception for the app trigger. Proceed according to the contents in the red frame.

Set up Webhook API

Once the Webhook setup is complete, press Test, and if "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, you're good to go! Press Save and proceed to the next step.

DocuSign Settings

Press the "Send Contract" icon in DocuSign.
As with the previous step, the necessary items are pre-filled by using the template. Templates are very convenient!
Check if the account information linked with DocuSign is correct and click Next.

Fill in the required fields. Please enter according to the red frame! First is the account ID.

The account ID can be checked from the top right of the DocuSign page as shown in the image!

When you click inside the box for the template ID, suggestions will appear as shown above, so click the template to be used in this flow!
After filling in the recipient fields, press Test, and if "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, you're good to go!

This completes the integration of kickflow and DocuSign. Well done!
