How to integrate kintone with Chatwork to receive notifications in Chatwork when a comment is made in kintone

a.ohta

When managing or editing information collaboratively on kintone, are there instances where comments such as questions, correction requests, or confirmations are added to specific data?
While it would be ideal to confirm everything without overlooking anything, omissions or leaks can occur, hindering smooth information sharing and causing task processing to take more time.
Additionally, there are times when management or editing is done with incorrect data.

Therefore, this time we have made it possible to automatically notify Chatwork of comments added to kintone to prevent any oversights!
This is expected to facilitate smoother communication within the team. Please make use of it.

Benefits of Integrating kintone and Chatwork

Benefit 1: Easier Information Sharing

Since comments added to kintone are automatically notified to Chatwork, it becomes easier to notice them. This will likely facilitate smoother sharing of information such as changes or questions.
Moreover, instead of replying to comments on kintone, you can create a thread in the message notified to Chatwork to reply. This allows for more detailed message exchanges, making it easier to communicate in business.

Benefit 2: Increased Efficiency

To check comments added to kintone, you need to regularly check kintone. However, if there are no additional comments, the checking process becomes a waste and cannot be considered efficient.
The app integration this time solves such issues. You only need to pay attention to Chatwork notifications without having to go check kintone, which is expected to improve work efficiency.
Moreover, since notifications are made in real-time, response speed can also be increased.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!

With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
