Advanced Integration Flow of Google Calendar and LINE WORKS

This time, we explained the flow of "retrieving Google Calendar events every morning" → "sending notifications to LINE WORKS".
We introduce a template using LINE WORKS and Google Calendar as an advanced edition.

First, here's how to use a flow bot with LINE WORKS to "OCR PDF data stored in Google Drive, verify the content, add it to YoomDB, and notify LINE WORKS".

This is created through the following process.

  1. When a new file or folder is created in a specific folder
  2. Download the PDF file using the file ID obtained by the trigger
  3. Extract text from images or PDFs
  4. Request action from the person in charge
  5. Add the obtained data to Yoom's database
  6. Notify the specified talk room

It may seem like there are many steps when viewed in text, but you can set it up quickly using a template.
Since the person in charge is involved in the process, accurate data extraction is possible.

There are also other flow bots like the following.

The following is a flow using Google Calendar: "When an interview is scheduled in Gmail, add the information to Google Sheets and enter the event in Google Calendar."

This is created through the following steps.

  1. When an interview appointment is made
  2. Manipulate and transform data
  3. Add the interview appointment
  4. Retrieve values
  5. Add the interview appointment to the schedule

By using this template, you can automatically add appointments to Google Calendar when an interview appointment is made.
This helps prevent input errors or omissions in the schedule.
Additionally, since interview appointments are added to Google Sheets, you can keep track of the interviewees.

There are other flows using Google Calendar, such as the following.

Please use it according to your tasks.
