This registers Google Chat to My Apps.

Once My Apps registration is complete, the icons for LOGILESS and Google Chat will be displayed in My Apps.

Step 2: Setting the Trigger to Activate When an Order Slip is Created or Updated in LOGILESS

First, set up "When an order slip is created or updated".


Title: Can be changed as desired.
Action: Select "When an order slip is created or updated".
Account information linked with LOGILESS: Ensure it is set correctly.

Trigger activation interval: Can be set to 5 minutes/10 minutes/15 minutes/30 minutes/60 minutes.
Note: The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.
Once the setup is complete, create a new order slip in LOGILESS and click test.

Step 3: Send a Message to a Google Chat Space

Next, set up the "Send a message to a space" item.

Title: Can be changed as desired.
Action: Select "When an order slip is created or updated".
Account information linked with Google Chat: Ensure it is set correctly.

Set the Google Chat space ID, key, and token you want to use for automatic notifications, referring to the annotations.

The message content is set to automatically notify Google Chat by quoting the "Order Slip ID" and "Order Code" when a new order slip is created in LOGILESS.
The content of the message can be freely set according to the information you want to obtain.
After entering, click test, and if the message can be sent to Google Chat, save it.

Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger

Once all settings are complete, the above screen will be displayed, so click "Turn ON the Trigger".
