Benefits of Integrating Mazrica and Zendesk

Benefit 1: Reduction of Input Errors

Manually adding project actions registered in Mazrica to Zendesk is a repetitive task for the person in charge and inevitably carries the risk of human error. Even minor mistakes such as incorrect input of numbers or letters, or missing information, can have a significant impact on subsequent operations. However, by <span class="mark-yellow">automating this flow, manual data entry becomes unnecessary, reducing the risk of input errors</span>. Automation allows the accurate project action data registered in Mazrica to be directly reflected in Zendesk, enabling error-free information sharing. This reduces the need for correction work and verification, achieving efficient business operations.

Benefit 2: Quick Customer Response

When a project action is registered in Mazrica, data is automatically added to Zendesk, allowing the support team to quickly grasp the information and move to respond. <span class="mark-yellow">There is no need to wait for manual data addition, establishing a system that can immediately respond to customer inquiries and requests</span>. How to Create a Mazrica and Zendesk Integration Flow

This time, we will introduce the automation of <span class="mark-yellow">"adding to Zendesk when a project action is registered in Mazrica"</span>.

  1. When a new project action is registered in Mazrica (App Trigger)
  2. Create a ticket in Zendesk

The structure of the app integration is as shown above.
It's surprisingly simple, so it should be easy to set up!

From here, we will explain with images how the integration progresses while showing the actual Yoom screen.

Copy Existing Template

By using the above template, you can easily automate.
※A Yoom account is required. >> Register here
Just press "Try it" to complete the copy!

If a popup like the one below appears, the template copy has been successful.
Let's proceed with the actual settings!

Step 1: Integrate Mazrica and Zendesk with My Apps

First, as preparation, integrate Yoom with the app.

After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu.

After the screen transition, please press "+ New Connection".

Enter the name of the app you want to integrate in the search box, and follow the on-screen instructions to log in or sign in to complete the integration.
This time, we will register "Mazrica" and "Zendesk".
Once registration is complete, icons will be displayed in the My Apps list.

Enter the account information to be linked and press "Next".

When the screen transitions, it will look like the following.
You can select the trigger activation interval at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

In this example, it is set to operate at "5 minutes".

  • Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. You can use apps that are subject to restrictions during the free trial.

Next, proceed with the settings for "Create a Zendesk Ticket".
Enter the account information to be linked and press "Next".

There is a note at the bottom of the input field, so you can easily set it up by checking it as you proceed.
※ You can select the output by clicking on the input field.

Since we want to automatically reflect information from Mazrica, we will use the output here.
As an example, I set the content I want to display in "Subject" and "Details" using the output.

Try customizing the necessary information to suit your environment!

Once the input is complete, scroll down to check the detailed settings.
※ Here, you can set errors and intervals.

Press "Save" and the following popup will be displayed.

I worked as an SV in the BPO division of a listed company for 4 years and experienced editing and writing media articles for about 3 and a half years. I had the opportunity to use a wide variety of apps due to my job being in charge of outsourced work from other companies. I still remember getting to know Yoom when I was worried about how to improve work efficiency, and I was moved by being able to easily link apps with each other to create an automated flow! I would be happy if I could help improve everyone's work efficiency by making use of my experience working on media articles and conveying the appeal of Yoom in an easy-to-understand manner.
