How to Create a Flow for Integrating Wix and Zendesk
Step 1: Integrate Wix and Zendesk with My Apps
The template is copied, and the screen will look like the above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
First, integrate Yoom with each tool. Click "New Connection" at the top right.
Integration of Wix and Yoom
1. Search
Enter "Wix" in the displayed box and click the Wix icon.
2. Enter Required Fields
Follow the supplement at the top and enter the required fields.
An API key from Wix is needed for the access token. For more details, please see the Wix API Key Acquisition page.
Also, for the account ID, please see the Wix Account ID Acquisition page.
3. Integration Complete
Once the required fields are entered, press the add button at the bottom right.
If the above display appears, the integration is complete.
Integration of Zendesk and Yoom
1. Search
Enter "Zendesk" in the search box and click the Zendesk icon.
2. Enter Required Fields
Use Base64 encoding to enter the required fields.
Log in to Zendesk with administrator privileges.

3. Add
Once the required fields are entered, click add at the bottom right.
If the above display appears, the integration is complete.
This completes the integration of Wix and Zendesk with My Apps.
Next, use the template copied to My Projects to create a flow bot.
