How to integrate Wix with Zendesk to automatically add a ticket in Zendesk when a form is submitted from Wix

The form set up as a contact point on our company website is a valuable place where we can gather customer opinions and requests. However, when there is a high volume of inquiries, it may become cumbersome to check them all.
Additionally, inquiries that are of high importance or require a quick response need to be managed separately. As a result, some people may be manually transferring them to other tools.

Therefore, this time, we have integrated with Zendesk to make managing inquiries sent from Wix forms easier!
First, we will introduce two specific possibilities and benefits of integrating Wix with Zendesk.

By implementing this integration, inquiries sent from Wix forms can be automatically added as tickets in Zendesk.

How to Create a Flow for Integrating Wix and Zendesk

Step 1: Integrate Wix and Zendesk with My Apps

The template is copied, and the screen will look like the above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, integrate Yoom with each tool. Click "New Connection" at the top right.

Integration of Wix and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Wix" in the displayed box and click the Wix icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Follow the supplement at the top and enter the required fields.

An API key from Wix is needed for the access token. For more details, please see the Wix API Key Acquisition page.
Also, for the account ID, please see the Wix Account ID Acquisition page.

3. Integration Complete

Once the required fields are entered, press the add button at the bottom right.
If the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of Zendesk and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Zendesk" in the search box and click the Zendesk icon.

2. Enter Required Fields


Use Base64 encoding to enter the required fields.

Log in to Zendesk with administrator privileges.

3. Add
Once the required fields are entered, click add at the bottom right.

If the above display appears, the integration is complete.

This completes the integration of Wix and Zendesk with My Apps.
Next, use the template copied to My Projects to create a flow bot.
If it hasn't been copied yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the page you moved to
3. Register for Yoom
* If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in. Step 2: Setting up to receive content sent from Wix 1. Open My Projects
Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Open the copied template
Click on "Add to Zendesk when a form is submitted in Wix". 3. Select an app trigger
Select "When a form is submitted" from the Wrike icon.
Since the title and other details are pre-entered, press Next. 4. Set up the Webhook
Let's set up the Webhook.
By doing this setup, you will be able to add data sent from Wix to Zendesk in real-time. For more details on how to set it up, please check the Wix Webhook Setup Page. 5. Send from Wix's form
Conduct a data test. Open the Wix page in another tab and send a test inquiry from Wix's form. 6. Execute the test
Return to Yoom and press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the trigger setup is complete. Save it. Step 3: Setting up to add to Zendesk tickets 1. Select an action
Click on "Update ticket status" from the Zendesk icon.
Press Next. 2. Enter the subdomain
Enter the subdomain according to the notes at the bottom of the box. 3. Confirm the subject and details
Confirm the subject and details.
Since you are using a template, the setup is already complete. Therefore, just confirm the content. If you want to make changes or additions, you can also reconfigure it.
Click the box.
Select the Wix icon.
Since the Wix form data will be displayed, click to insert the data you want to reflect in the Zendesk ticket. 4. Arrange the layout
Immediately after insertion, it looks like the above. To make it easier to read, arrange the layout using symbols, etc. 5. Execute the test
Once the setup is complete, press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it's complete. Click Save. 6. Turn the trigger ON When the creation of the flow bot is complete, the above display will appear.
