Step 1: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Teams with My Apps

First, integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Chatwork with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+ New Connection".

Search for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and click on it.
Note: Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft 365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

Enter the domain of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and click "Add" to complete the integration.

Next, search for Microsoft Teams and click on it.


Then, a Microsoft page will be displayed, so please sign in with the account you want to use.
Note: Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft 365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

Next, proceed with the settings using the template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Click "When a lead is created".

Next, check the account information to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
You can freely edit the title. However, do not change the trigger action and click 'Next'.

You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Note: The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
Enter the Dynamics 365 domain in "Domain" and click "Test".

Check the data displayed in the output, and if the information is retrieved correctly, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Microsoft Teams. Click "Notify Microsoft Teams".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information, then click "Next".

Set the notification destination and message content.
Select the appropriate items from the suggestions displayed when you click the "Team ID" and "Channel ID" fields.
The "Message" can be edited as desired. Click the field to display suggestions and add the content you want to notify.
If you want to set mentions or file attachments, refer to the annotations while setting them up.

If you want to set file attachments, configure the "Attachment Information" settings.
After setting, click "Test" to check if the message is sent to the specified channel.
Once you confirm it has been sent correctly, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when a lead is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, a notification will be automatically sent to Microsoft Teams.
