Click "Try this template".

Click "OK" and give the Flowbot a name to recognize.

This template will be copied to your “My Project”.

Step 3: Set Up Trigger Action
Now let’s set up the trigger action.
Click on the Microsoft Teams trigger action item.

Set your trigger interval (how often you want Yoom to check Microsoft Teams for new updates). It can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. We recommend setting the trigger to the shortest activation interval available for your plan.
⚠️ Note: The trigger interval varies depending on your Yoom plan. Be sure to check your current plan’s limit.

Specify the Teams ID and Channel ID to retrieve data to share with Gemini.

Click on the input field, and select from the displayed options.

Make a test post on Microsoft Teams, then click “Test”. If the test succeeds, click “Save”.
Step 4: Set Up Gemini Action
Click on “Generate Content”.

Select the Gemini model you want to use. For images, 1.5 flash is used.

Give Gemini an instruction based on the example input provided below.
Select the "retrieved values" from Microsoft Teams in the previous step.
By setting it as shown below, you can automatically share the Microsoft Teams data to Gemini.

To set the text you want to get a response, select “Message Content” from the Microsoft Teams retrieved value.

Click “Test”. If the test succeeds, click “Save”.
Step 5: Post on Microsoft Teams
Click on the Microsoft Teams action item.
Specify the Channel ID to post the generated content by Gemini.

Create the message you want to post on Microsoft Teams.
To share the response generated by Gemini, click the input field and select “Generated Content” from the retrieved value.

Arrange the layout if needed.

Once set, run a test. If the test succeeds, click “Save”.
Step 6: Activate the Flowbot
Toggle the "Trigger On" button to activate your flow! Check if the Flowbot you set up is working properly.

That's it! Your Flowbot is ready :)
