Step 2: Microsoft Teams Channel Settings
1. Open My Project
Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Open the copied template
Click "【Copy】Analyze the content posted on Microsoft Teams using Gemini's assistant and update the response to Microsoft Teams again".

3. Select App Trigger
Select "When a message is sent to the channel" for the Microsoft Teams icon.
Press Next.
4. Set Launch Interval

Set the interval for searching Microsoft Teams posts with Gemini.
The trigger can be set to launch at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest launch interval varies depending on the plan.
5. Set the Channel ID to Retrieve Content to Search with Gemini

Set each ID to post the content you want to search with Gemini. Click the box.

A list will be displayed, so select the channel you want to link.
6. Post
To conduct a test, post to Microsoft Teams.
At this time, it is recommended to temporarily input the content you want Gemini to answer.
7. Execute Test
Once the settings are complete, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
Step 3: Detailed Settings for Searching with Gemini
1. Integrate with App
Select "Generate Content" for the Gemini icon.
Press Next.
2. Set Model

Enter the type of Gemini model to use.
You can check the model by clicking the top left of the Gemini page.
For images, 1.5 flash is used, so set the same as the model.
Click the box to display a list of Gemini models.
Scroll and click to insert the same model you confirmed.

3. Set Prompt and Role
Set the prompt and role.
This time, assuming use at a help desk, it was set as follows.

By setting this, the content posted to Microsoft Teams will be automatically searched by Gemini.
The method for setting {{Message Content}} is as follows.
Click the box and select "When a message is sent to the channel".

The data test-sent during the Microsoft Teams setup will be displayed in a list.
Click the message content to insert it into the box.
The content of the prompt can be set arbitrarily, but be sure to insert {{Message Content}} into the box.
4. Execute Test
Once the settings are complete, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
Step 4: Settings for Posting to Microsoft Teams
1. Integrate with App
Select "Send a message to the channel" for the Microsoft Teams icon.
Press Next.
2. Set the Channel ID to Post
Set each ID to post the content searched by Gemini. Click the box.

Select the channel from the displayed list.
3. Decide the Post Message
Set the content to post the search results from Gemini to Microsoft Teams.
Click the box.
Select "Generate Content".

Since the search results of Gemini are displayed, click to insert.
If necessary, insert data from "When a message is sent to the channel".
4. Arrange Layout

Arrange the layout using symbols, etc.
Note that Microsoft Teams uses the HTML tag <br> for line breaks.
5. Execute Test
Once the settings are complete, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
6. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the flowbot creation is complete, the above display will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
