On the next page, you can set the trigger activation interval as desired.
※Note: The trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.
Set the team ID and channel ID by clicking within the frame and selecting from the options.
After setting, send a sample message to Microsoft Teams.
If the test is successful, the information of the message you just sent will be reflected as output.
Once you have confirmed the output, click "Save".
Step 3: Translate the message from Microsoft Teams

Next, click "Translate".

Set up the action.
Select the character count and type of GPT from the dropdown as desired.

Set the text to be translated as shown above.
When a message is sent to a Microsoft Teams channel, the "message content" can be automatically retrieved and translated.

Refer to the annotations outside the frame to input the bot ID and talk room ID.

You can freely set the content of the message.
For example, if you set it as shown in the above image, you can automatically obtain the translation result of the message sent from Microsoft Teams and notify LINE WORKS.
※How to set: Click within the frame and click "Translation result" under "Translate".
Once the setup is complete, perform a test.
A sample message will be sent to LINE WORKS, so if you can confirm that the translation result is correctly reflected, save it.

Once all processes are set up, the above screen will be displayed.
Click "Turn on Trigger" to activate the flow bot!
This completes the flow bot "Translate messages posted on Microsoft Teams and post the translated version to LINE WORKS".
Introduction of other automation examples using Microsoft Teams and translation functions
In addition to the flow created this time, Yoom can achieve various automations.
Here, we will introduce three examples of automation using Microsoft Teams and translation functions!
1. A flow that automatically translates English emails and automatically notifies Microsoft Teams.
Since there is no need to use the manual translation function, you can secure time for sending emails and expect to improve the quality of response.
