Before Getting Started

Step 1: Register and Connect TimeRex and kintone to My Apps!

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and choose "+ New Connection".

(2) Click on kintone from the list of new connections in My Apps.

(3) The new registration screen for kintone will appear. Enter the subdomain, client ID, and client secret, then click Add.

(4) The following content will appear, so check it and click Allow if there are no issues.

(5) Next, connect TimeRex. Click on TimeRex from the list of new connections in Yoom, just like in (1).
(6) The following content will appear, so enter the access name and access token, then click "Add".

Step 2: Let's Set Up the Trigger!

(1) We will use this template.
Click on "When Webhook is Received" in the app trigger.

(2) If there is no error in the account information linked with TimeRex, click "Next".
(3) You will see the following content, follow the steps to input the necessary information.
Once the input is complete, click "Test". If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Let's Set Up the Action!

(1) Next, click on "If Event Type is Not Confirmed".
(2) Enter the branching conditions and click "Save".

(3) Click "Add Record".
(4) Check if there is no error in the account information linked with kintone, and click "Next".
(5) In the detailed settings for database operations, enter the values for the record to be added and click "Test".
If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.
