My App Integration

Once you complete the registration for Yoom and copy the template, a screen like the one above will be displayed, and you will transition to a page called "My Project".
Once this is done, the next step is to integrate Notion with Yoom.
This is called "My App Integration".
↓
When integrating Notion and Yoom, you need to have a page created at this stage, so please prepare it in advance.
Since AI-OCR will read the following six items: expense date, total amount, subtotal, billing date, issuing company, and payment deadline, please prepare these items.
↓
Once Notion is ready, select My App from the menu on the left side of the screen and click Create New in the upper right corner.
Enter "Notion" in the search window, and the Notion icon will appear, so click it.

You will transition to a screen like the one above, so click "Select Page".

Select the page you want to integrate with Yoom.
This time, we will use the billing information page, so make sure the corresponding page is checked. If it is selected, click Access Permission.
This completes the integration of Notion and Yoom!
Email Trigger Settings
From My Project on the left side of the screen, click "【Copy】Read invoice information received by email with AI-OCR and add it to Notion's database"!
Click Edit in the upper right corner.
↓
Click the mail icon that says "When an email containing 'invoice' in the subject is received".

Set up a dedicated email address for Yoom and determine the email trigger conditions.
First, set the required Receiving Address.
Any address is fine, so make it easy to understand.

Continue to set the Trigger Conditions just below.
This time, set it as shown in the image to follow the flow of reading the attached file if the subject contains the string 'invoice'.
Once this is done, proceed to the next step.
↓

As described in the image, send an email to the Yoom email address you just set up.
When doing so, don't forget to attach the invoice and enter the string invoice in the subject.
Once the sending is complete, click the "Test" button.
If it displays "Test Successful" in blue, it's OK, so save it!
Setting to Read Text from Images/PDFs
Click the book icon "Read Text from Images/PDFs".
Since the necessary items are already entered due to the use of the template, click Next as is.
↓

The next page is also already set up because we are using a template.
Therefore, as before, press the Test button, and if it displays "Test Successful" in blue, it's OK!
Don't forget to save it.
Request Handling by Person in Charge

Click the person icon "Request Handling by Person in Charge" to transition to the page for setting up the text to request approval from the person in charge.
Since we are using a template, this is also already set up.
{{Subtotal}} and similar strings with symbols are used, but they will be replaced with the corresponding parts of the invoice, so leave the symbols unchanged.
Click Next.
↓

Check that the information read from the invoice is listed in the box.
These are linked to the {{Subtotal}} and other settings in the previous text.(The input values are examples.)
Once confirmed, save it and proceed to the final settings.
Notion Settings
Click the Notion icon "Add Record".
Check if the account information to be linked is correct, then scroll down and enter the database ID.
Click inside the box, and a list will be displayed as shown in the image, so just select the page you will use this time.
Click Next.
↓

Enter the records to be added.
Click inside the box and click "Read Text from Images/PDFs" to display the information read from the invoice in a list.
Select the one that corresponds to the box name as shown in the image.
↓

Once the settings are complete, it will look like the image.
Once this is done, click Test just below, and if it displays "Test Successful" in blue, click Save.
When you check Notion here, the settings you made will be entered.
↓

When the creation of the Flowbot is complete, it will be displayed as shown above.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
This concludes the integration of Notion and Yoom. Well done!
