How to Create a Workflow for Integrating LINE WORKS and ChatGPT

Before You Start
If you do not have a Yoom account, please create one from the Yoom account creation page.

Step 1: My App Integration

Register your LINE WORKS and ChatGPT to My Apps!
(1) Log in to Yoom and click on My Apps on the left side of the screen for integration
(2) Click the + New Connection button displayed on the right side of the screen

How to Register LINE WORKS to My Apps
(1) Select LINE WORKS (API2.0) from the list of apps
(2) Refer to How to Register LINE WORKS (API2.0) to My Apps to complete the registration

How to Register ChatGPT to My Apps
(1) Select ChatGPT from the list of apps
(2) Refer to How to Register ChatGPT to My Apps to complete the registration

After Completing My App Registration on Yoom
(1) Go to the banner below and click "Try this template"
※ This flow template includes AI operations. Please note that flow bot operations may result in errors depending on your subscription plan.

(2) Select a project from the workspace list
※ The copied template will be stored in "My Projects" within the project selected in (2).
(3) Click "Edit" at the top right of the flow list screen

Step 2: Set the Trigger

(1) Click "App Trigger" from the flow list screen


(2) Set the title for the app trigger
※ You can use the originally set title as is
(3) Verify that the account information linked with LINE WORKS (API2.0) is correct
※ If the account information is not displayed, click +Add Linked Account to register.
(4) Select "When a message is sent to the talk room" as the trigger action

(5) Click Next

■ App Trigger Webhook Event Reception Settings
(6) With the Webhook URL copied, click the Bot link in the Developer Console

(7) Click Register


(8) In Bot registration, set the necessary information as desired and click Save
※ Paste the Webhook URL copied in (6) into the Callback URL

For adding a Bot, please refer to the official LINE WORKS Add Bot to Developer Console for setup.
(9) Create a talk room where the created Bot is invited

(10) Send a message in the created talk room

(11) Return to the Yoom settings screen, and if there are no errors in the test, click Save

Step 3: Integrate with ChatGPT

(1) Click "Integrate with App"
(2) Set the title
※ You can use the originally set title as is
(3) Verify that the account information linked with ChatGPT is correct
※ If the account information is not displayed, click +Add Linked Account to register.
(4) Select "Generate Text" as the action

(5) Click Next

(6) Set the required fields

  • Message Content: You can freely compose by combining text and output
    ※ If there are any applicable fields other than the required fields, please set them as desired.

(7) If there are no errors in the test, click Save

Step 4: Integrate with LINE WORKS

(1) Click "Integrate with App"
(2) Set the title
※ You can use the originally set title as is
(3) Verify that the account information linked with LINE WORKS (API2.0) is correct
(4) Select "Send Message to Talk Room" as the action

(5) Click Next

■ API Connection Settings
Before setting, make sure to check the "Channel ID" of the target talk room!
➀ In LINE WORKS, click the Channel ID from the vertical ellipsis of the channel you want to set notifications for


➁ Click "Copy Channel ID"

(6) Return to Yoom and set each item

  • Bot ID: Select as desired from the dropdown menu
  • Talk Room ID: Paste the copied Channel ID
  • Message: Use the output to compose the instructions!

(7) If there are no errors in the test, click Save
(8) Return to the flow list screen and change the app trigger to ON to complete the flow settings!
