How to connect LOGILESS and Chatwork with Yoom

Let's register a My App to connect LOGILESS and Chatwork with Yoom.
Registering a My App makes the subsequent automation easy.

First, register a My App for LOGILESS.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
A list of apps will be displayed, so find LOGILESS from there or search for "ロジレス" in "Search by App Name".

Once you transition to the following screen, please log in to LOGILESS.

Next, register a My App for Chatwork, and select Chatwork as before.
Once you transition to the following screen, please log in to Chatwork.

Once both My App registrations are complete, LOGILESS and Chatwork will be displayed in your My Apps section.

How to notify Chatwork when shipping is completed in LOGILESS

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

You will be redirected to the following screen, where you can check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, you can do so from the page below.
Start with the LOGILESS settings, and click on "When the shipping invoice is completed".

Once you have moved to the following screen, please check the settings.

  • "App Trigger Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "Account Information to Link with Logiless" → Confirm the account to be used
  • "Trigger Action" → When the shipping invoice is completed

You will be redirected to the following screen, so let's set it up.

  • "Trigger Interval" → Set as desired
  • "Merchant ID" → The "●●●●" part of "https://app2.logiless.com/merchant/●●●●/dashboard" is the Merchant ID
    * The Merchant ID can be obtained from the URL in the Logiless management screen.

The flow bot will be activated for shipping invoices completed after the last polling date.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, we will set up Chatwork, so click on "Notify Chatwork".
Once you have moved to the following screen, please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "Account Information to Link with Chatwork" → Confirm the account to be used
  • "Action" → Send a message

You will be redirected to the following screen, so let's set it up.

  • "Room ID" → The numeric part after "#!rid" in the URL is the Room ID
  • "Message Content" → Set the necessary items
    * Use the LOGILESS output.
    {{Shipping Invoice ID}} ← This is the output and can be selected from the red frame.
    As an example, I have entered it below.
    By writing [To:{Account ID}], you can mention a specific user.

Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Finally, by turning the app trigger "ON", automation can be achieved.
