By following the steps below, you can easily create it. Once you get used to it, you can create a flow bot in about 10-20 minutes!

Before You Begin

First, if you don't have a Yoom account, please create one from theYoom account creation page. You can start in 30 seconds!

Step 1: My App Integration

1. First, log in to Yoom and click "+ New Connection".
2. Select the Google Sheets and Google Chat apps that you will use this time.
3. From the list of projects on the left, select any project and click "+ New Creation".

Step 2: Set the Trigger

4. Select "Trigger from an app event" as the condition to start the flow bot.
5. Choose "Notion" from the list of apps.
6. Set the app trigger title to: "When a message is added".
Account information linked with Notion: Please select the account you linked earlier.
Trigger action: Select "When a page is created or updated".
7. Set up the API connection.
Trigger activation interval: Set it as desired.
8. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".
Note: The Notion you set must have the trigger action performed within the last hour, otherwise an error will occur. Be sure to create or update a page before creating the flow.

Step 3: Set the Action

9. Click the ⊕ button below the app trigger and select "Integrate with app".
10. Choose "ChatGPT" from the list of apps.
11. Set up the linked account and action selection.
Title: Set to "Respond".
Account information linked with ChatGPT: Please select the account you linked earlier.
Action: Select "Converse".
12. Set up the API connection.

Message content: Click inside the frame, click "When a message is added" in the output, and select item that you want to create a response for in ChatGPT.

Step 4: Set the Action

13. Click the ⊕ button below the action.
14. Select "Integrate with app" for the operation type.
15. Choose "Notion" from the list of apps.
16. Set up the linked account and action selection.
Title: Set to "Update Record".
Account information linked with Notion: Please select the account you linked earlier.
Action: Select "Update page properties (text properties)".
15. Set up the API connection.

Page ID: Click inside the frame, click "When a message is added" in the output, and select "Page ID".
Explanation: By setting it as above, you can automatically reference the Notion page ID.
Property name: Set as desired.

Value: Click inside the frame, click "Respond" in the output, and select "Response Content".
Note: By setting it as above, you can automatically reference the response content of ChatGPT.
