How to Create a Connection Flow Between Notion and LINE WORKS

Step 1: Register/Login to Yoom and Register an App

First, please access the official Yoom website and create an account.
If you already have an account, please log in.

Once logged into your Yoom account, register the app you will be using.
1) Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection."

2) Select the app you want to register and log in with the account you use for each app.
Once the first app is registered, click "New Connection" again to register the second app.

3) Once registered, an icon will appear in My Apps.
Check if the icons for the two registered apps are displayed.

3) Click "Schedule Trigger: When the specified schedule is reached".

4) Specify the execution time, and if the test is successful, click "Save".

5) Return to the flow and click the icon for "Operate Database: Retrieve Multiple Records (up to 100)".

6) Select the action "Retrieve Multiple Records (up to 100)" and click "Next".

7) Select the action "Retrieve Transaction Information" and enter the database ID.
Once entered, click "Next".

8) Enter the conditions for the records you want to retrieve, and once entered, click "Test".
If the test is successful, click "Save".

9) Return to the flow and click the icon for "Integrate with App: Send Message to Talk Room".

10) Select the action "Send Message to Talk Room" and click "Next".

11) Enter the items.

Once entered, click "Test", and if the test is successful, click "Save".
