Step 1: Connect My Apps with Notion and WordPress
*If you have already connected the apps, please proceed to Step 2.
1. Select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select Notion and WordPress respectively and connect the apps.
Step 2: Set Up Chrome Extension Trigger from a Specific Notion Page
1. Open the copied template.
*You can change it to any title by entering it in the red frame part of the image below.

2. Click on the Flowbot "Chrome Extension Trigger: Launch from a Specific Page".

3. Set up "Select the linked account and action for the app launched by the extension".
Change the "App Trigger Title" as needed and click "Next".
*If the Chrome extension is not yet installed, refer to the Setup Guide at the top of the screen.


4. Set up the API connection for the app launched by the extension.
Enter the URL that will serve as a sample for the launch page.

5. If the test is successful, click "Save".
Step 3: Set Up Action to Retrieve Block Information from a Specific Notion Page
1. Click on the Flowbot "Integrate with App: Retrieve Block Information from a Specific Page".

2. Set up "Select the linked account and action".
Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Set up the API connection.
Refer to the output obtained in Step 2 for the page ID.

4. If the test is successful, click "Save".
Step 4: Set Up Action to Transform Data
*Change the delimiter for the information obtained in the list from a comma to a newline.
1. Click on the Flowbot "Manipulate & Transform Data: Manipulate & Transform Data".

2. Set up "Select the linked account and action".
Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Configure the detailed settings.
Enter the target text and transformation rules respectively.
*Refer to the output obtained so far for the target text.
*The image below is an example of input.

4. If the test is successful, click "Save".
Step 5: Set Up Action to Create a New Post in WordPress
1. Click on the Flowbot "Integrate with App: Create New Post".

2. Set up "Select the linked account and action".
Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Set up the API connection.
1) Refer to the notes and configure the WordPress plugin settings.
2) Refer to the notes at the bottom of each field and enter/select the necessary items.
*You can refer to the output information obtained so far.
*The image below shows some of the input fields, and the entered output is an example.

4. If the test is successful, click "Save".
Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
This completes the flow for "Submitting an Article from a Notion Page to WordPress".
When using it, open the Notion page in Google Chrome and launch the Yoom Flowbot with the extension.
