create a flow that integrates Perplexity and Notion!
We will proceed with the integration of HubSpot and kintone using the no-code tool Yoom.
If you don't have a Yoom account yet, you can create one from this registration form.

This time, we will create a flow bot that "automatically responds to inquiry form content with Perplexity and accumulates Q&A history in Notion"!
The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
Before setting up the flow bot, let's connect each app with Yoom.
Once logged into Yoom, select My Apps and click on Add.
Select Perplexity from the list of apps.
It's easier to find by searching the app name in the search box.
Enter any name for the account name.
Issue an API key and enter it as the access token.
Now, Perplexity is connected with Yoom.
Next, let's connect Notion.
As before, click on My Apps → Add.
Note: Before registering My App for Notion, make sure to create the database you want to use.
Select Notion from the list of apps.
Click on Select Pages.
Check the pages you want to allow access to and click "Allow Access".
Now, the My App registration for Notion is complete.
There are two ways to create a flow bot in Yoom: starting from scratch or using a template.
Here, we will use the template provided by Yoom to make the setup easier.
Click on the banner below to proceed.
Select "Try this template".
Click "OK".
The copied template is saved in My Projects on Yoom.
Next, let's set up the Flowbot.
Click on the "Inquiry Form" of the template you just copied to set it up.
Let's create a form!
Here, we have set "Person in charge" and "Inquiry content", but feel free to change them.
In addition to text format, you can also choose the format in which you want to receive responses.
Try various things.
You can also add more questions.
Once the form is complete, click Next.
Set the sample values for the form responses.
These sample values will be used in the next action.
Once set, save it.
Next, click "Generate Text".
Set up the Perplexity action.
The title is already entered, but you can change it.
Check the account information linked with Perplexity.
Select "Generate Text" for the action and click Next.
Enter the required fields.
Set the model name.
In the system prompt, write the instructions as shown in the attached image.
In the user prompt, select "Inquiry Details" from the output set in the form trigger.

The obtained output can be used as a value when setting the next action, and it will change each time the Flowbot is activated.

Once set, click Test and save it if the Perplexity information is obtained as output.

Click "Add Record" to complete the setup.
Set up to add a record to Notion.
The title can be changed.
If you have registered multiple accounts in My Apps, check the account information linked with Notion.
Select "Add Record" for the action.
Select or enter the database ID from the "Candidates" section.
As mentioned during My Apps registration, if you are creating a Notion database, do it before registering My Apps.
Please note that if you create a Notion database after registering My Apps, it will not be reflected in Yoom.
Once set, click Next.
You should see the items of the Notion record.
Use the output for each item to set it up.
This time, enter "Person in Charge" "Inquiry Content" and "Response".
As shown in the attached image, select the Person in Charge and Inquiry Content from the output of the form trigger.
For the Response, select "Message Content" from the output of the text generation.
Once you've done this, click Test.
If the record is registered in Notion, save it.
After saving, turn on the trigger and check the operation.
