Benefits and Automation Examples of Integrating Backlog with Google Calendar

Benefit 1: Easier Task Planning!

By integrating Backlog with Google Calendar, you can visualize tasks and schedules!

[Advanced] Integration Flow of Backlog and Google Calendar

In addition to the flow introduced this time, it is possible to further improve work efficiency by integrating Backlog and Google Calendar with other apps.
For those who frequently use HubSpot, you can integrate it with Google Calendar to "create an event in Google Calendar at a specified schedule and create a note in HubSpot"!
This helps prevent schedule omissions, making it highly recommended for those managing schedules within the company!

Additionally, you can integrate Chatwork with Google Calendar to "read Chatwork notifications and register events in Google Calendar"!
This allows you to automatically add events to Google Calendar, making schedule management easier.

Additionally, for those who frequently use Google Chat, how about integrating with Backlog to create a flow that "adds a task to Backlog and notifies Google Chat when there is a response to the form"?
Without having to manually check the responses, information is automatically added to both Backlog and Google Chat, making information management easier!

In relation to this, you can also integrate Backlog with Box to "create a folder in Box whenever a task is added to Backlog"!
If you manage folders in Box for each task, you can save the effort of creating a folder each time.

Finally, you can also use Backlog and Zoom integration to "transcribe and summarize meetings after they end on Zoom and add them to Backlog"!
By automating the transcription and summarization of meetings, you can quickly grasp the meeting content from Backlog!
