How to Create a Linkage Flow between RakuRaku Sales and Smaregi

Step 1: Link RakuRaku Sales and Smaregi to My Apps

The template will be copied, and the screen will look like the one above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, link Yoom with each tool. Click "New Connection" at the top right.

1. Search
Enter "RakuRaku Sales" in the displayed box and click the RakuRaku Sales icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Details on how to link are described in the displayed image.
Follow the instructions to generate an API token.


Once the API token is generated, copy and paste it into the required fields.

3. Add
Click Add at the bottom right.

Once the above display appears, the linkage is complete.

Linking Smaregi with Yoom

1. Search
Enter Smaregi in the box and select the Smaregi icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Enter the required fields.

3. Add
Once you have entered the information, click Add at the bottom right.

Once the above display appears, the linkage is complete.

The My Apps linkage between RakuRaku Sales and Smaregi is now complete.
Next, let's set up the flow bot using the template you copied earlier.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the page you navigated to
3. Register for Yoom

Step 2: Setting up to send product data from Rakuraku Sales

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click "Register product information in Smaregi when a record is registered in Rakuraku Sales".

3. Select the app trigger
Click "Execute http transmission in automatic processing settings" on the Rakuraku Sales icon.
The title and other settings are complete, so press Next.

4. Webhook settings

Set up the webhook. By doing this, when a product is added to Rakuraku Sales, the data can be reflected in real-time in Smaregi.

5. Register the product
Register the product in Rakuraku Sales to test send the product data to Smaregi.

6. Execute the test


Once the product is registered, return to Yoom and press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the Rakuraku Sales settings are complete.

Step 3: Register product information in Smaregi

1. Select the app trigger
Click "Register product information" on the Smaregi icon.
The title and other settings are complete, so press Next.

2. Enter the ID

Enter the contract and department ID.
Follow the notes at the bottom of the box for input.

3. Other settings

Since the template was used, the required fields are already set.


Settings other than the required fields are optional.
You can set up the flowbot without entering them, so only enter them if necessary.

4. Execute the test


After completing the input, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the Smaregi settings are complete.

5. Turn on the trigger

Once the flowbot is created, a display like the above will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of the flowbot using Rakuraku Sales and Smaregi.
