How to integrate Salesforce with kintone to automatically register new leads in kintone when they are registered in Salesforce

m.wadazumi

In the business environment, thorough management of customer information is now naturally required. For sales representatives, managing prospect information is a crucial task directly linked to sales.
If you can integrate Salesforce with kintone, managing customer information becomes smoother.
Do you have the impression that integrating apps requires advanced programming knowledge and skills?
With Yoom, you can automate without code, making automation feel more accessible.
This article will set up automation to "register in kintone when a new lead is registered in Salesforce."

Benefits of Integrating Salesforce and kintone and the Drawbacks of Not Doing So

The details of the benefits and drawbacks are summarized below, so please take a look.

Benefit 1: Manage Lead Information Centrally

One benefit of integrating Salesforce and kintone is the ability to manage lead information centrally.
When managing lead information across multiple applications, it can be cumbersome to open each application every time you register lead information.
However, with automation settings, you only need to register lead information once.
This automation is recommended for departments where multiple people handle lead information simultaneously.

Benefit 2: Reduced Effort in Registering Lead Information

A benefit of integrating Salesforce and kintone is the reduced effort in registering lead information.
For example, when a new lead is registered in Salesforce, it can also be registered in kintone.
You don't have to manually register leads multiple times, which also saves time.
Since lead information involves many fields to input, such as names and company names, the benefits of automation are significant.
This feature is particularly useful for companies where lead information is frequently updated.

Drawback: Potential for Human Error

If Salesforce and kintone are not integrated, the potential for human error increases.
When entering lead information manually, there is a chance of making input mistakes.
If there is only one mistake, it's manageable, but if there are multiple errors, correcting them can be time-consuming.
However, with Yoom, you can easily automate, so there's no need to worry about such issues.
This is effective for those who find manual entry of lead information cumbersome or do not want to lose time due to input errors.

How to Create a Salesforce and kintone Integration Flow

The automation flow consists of only two steps and can be completed in 10-15 minutes.
