Step 1: Integrate Salesforce, Stripe, and LINE Official Account with My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click Salesforce.
(3) On the Salesforce login screen, enter your "Username" and "Password" and click Login.
Note: Salesforce and Stripe are apps available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. For Free Plan and Mini Plan, operations and data connections set in Flowbot will result in errors, so please be careful.
Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are normally restricted.

(4) Next, integrate Stripe. Similarly, click Stripe from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(5) On the "New Stripe Registration" screen, enter the account name and access token, and click "Add".

(6) Next, register the LINE Official Account with My Apps. Similarly, click LINE Official Account from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(7) On the "New LINE Official Account Registration" screen, enter your account name and access token, and click "Add".

Once the integration is complete, Salesforce, Stripe, and LINE Official Account will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the registration of My Apps.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Use Chrome Extension Trigger to Launch from Custom Object Records

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.

Click on "Launch from Custom Object Record" for the Chrome extension trigger.

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action for App Launched by Extension" screen, you can directly launch the trigger from Salesforce using the Chrome extension trigger.

Scroll down, verify that there are no errors in the account information linked with Salesforce, and keep the action as "Launch from Custom Object Record" when launching from the extension, then click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings for App Launched by Extension" screen, confirm the red line, and enter the My Domain URL, custom object API reference name, and sample URL of the launch page.

Once the input is complete, click "Test", and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Create a Payment Link with Stripe Integration

(1) Next, create a payment link with Stripe integration.
Click "Create Payment Link".

(2) From the Stripe "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that there are no errors in the account information linked with Stripe, and keep the action as "Create Payment Link", then click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, select the price ID and quantity from the output.
Other fields are not mandatory. Please enter the necessary fields.


Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save".

Step 4: Send a Text Message with LINE Official Account Integration

(1) Next, send a text message with LINE Official Account integration.
Click "Send Text Message".

(2) From the LINE Official Account "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that there are no errors in the account information linked with the LINE Official Account, and keep the action as "Send Text Message", then click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, select the recipient user ID from the output.
The message content will be sent to the customer through the LINE Official Account.
By using output in the message, you can reference Salesforce information.

Once the input is complete, click "Test", and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.
(4) Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger".
