How to Create a B-Cart and Salesforce Integration Flow

・Copy the template
・Set triggers in B-Cart and actions in Salesforce
・Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
If you are already registered with Yoom, please log in. If not, please register for free and proceed with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate B-Cart and Salesforce with My Apps

First, integrate B-Cart and Google Sheets with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup by clicking "+New Connection".

Next, search for and click on B-Cart.

The login page will be displayed. Enter the email address and password registered with B-Cart, and click login.

Once access is granted, the My Apps integration is complete.

Next, search for Salesforce.
If you want to try it in a sandbox environment, select Salesforce (Sandbox Environment). If you want to set it up in a production environment, click Salesforce.
Then, log in to Salesforce and grant access to complete the integration.

※Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set up will result in errors, so please be careful.
※Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are normally restricted.

Next, proceed with the setup using the flow bot template. Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Set the trigger for B-Cart. Click "When an order is placed".

Next, check the "Account information to link with B-Cart".
You can freely edit the title, but leave the trigger action as it is and click "Next".

Select the app trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
After setting, place a test order in B-Cart and click "Test".

If the order information is displayed in the output, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to complete the setup.

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Salesforce.
Click "Add a record".

First, configure the connection settings.
After optionally editing the title and verifying the account information, set the information obtained from Salesforce in "My Domain URL" and "Object API Reference Name" under "Database Integration".
After setting, click "Next".

Next, set the values for the records to be added to Salesforce.
Click each field and select the information from B-Cart from the displayed options.
Note: The "Values of records to be added" in the image is just an example. If you want to add record items, please configure them within the Salesforce object.

After setting each item, click "Test" to verify that the information from B-Cart is saved.
If there are no issues, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when an order is placed in B-Cart, it will be automatically added to Salesforce.
