How to link Sansan and Notion so that when business card information is updated in Sansan, it is automatically updated in Notion

a.ohta

How do you handle updates to the information of someone you exchanged business cards with?
For example, if you are using a business card management tool like Sansan, you only need to update the data in that tool. However, if there are other databases created based on the business card information registered in Sansan, those also need to be updated.
Entering the same information twice can be quite a hassle, right?
So this time, we tried integrating Sansan with Notion. By doing this app integration, you can automate the updating of business card data.
Since it can simplify the information management flow, why not give it a try?

Benefits of Integrating Sansan and Notion

Benefit 1: Reducing Workload

With this integration, when Sansan's business card data is updated, Notion's data will also be updated.
Since you only need to update Sansan, the workflow will be shortened. This will reduce the time spent updating business card data, leading to increased efficiency.
If input work is reduced, it should also result in a reduced workload.

Benefit 2: Preventing Data Discrepancies

Have you ever been unsure which is the latest information when there are discrepancies between Sansan and Notion's business card data?
This can happen if only one is updated and the other is not. Using incorrect data can be disrespectful to the other party and may worsen their impression.
However, if updates are automated, the data in Sansan and Notion will always remain up-to-date. Such situations will become less likely.

Other Automation Examples Using Sansan and Notion

There are many other examples of automation using Sansan and Notion at Yoom, so here are a few introductions.

1. Registering Business Card Information from Sansan to Notion
By using this in conjunction with the current flow bot, data management in both Sansan and Notion is automated.

2. Register business card information registered in Sansan to Google Spreadsheet
It supports not only updates but also additions. It is recommended to use it in combination with the flow bot this time.

3. Register business card data in Sansan when a row is added in Google Sheets
It is also possible to register from Google Sheets to Sansan.

Summary

When data updates are performed accurately, management becomes simplified, leading to a reduction in workload. This can also be expected to improve operational efficiency.
Furthermore, by introducing automation, the frequency of manually entering business card data is reduced, decreasing the amount of input work. As a result, you will have more time to focus on other tasks, allowing you to experience the benefits.
Please take this opportunity to try it out.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
