Recommended for

  • Those who want to automatically upload files attached to Gmail to Dropbox
  • Those who want to integrate Gmail and Dropbox to facilitate smooth file sharing within the team
  • Those who want to prevent the loss of attachments and ensure proper document storage

For those who want to try it immediately

In this article, we will introduce the integration method using the no-code tool "Yoom".

No complicated settings or operations are required, and even non-engineers can easily achieve it.

You can start right away using the template below, so please give it a try!

When managing an e-commerce site, do you find it cumbersome to manually add order information from Shopify to SPIRAL? The solution to this problem is app integration using Yoom.

By automatically reflecting order data from Shopify into SPIRAL, you can prevent input errors and expect improved operational efficiency. Additionally, it can lead to faster customer response times and potentially enhance the quality of service. With Yoom, you can easily set it up without any programming, so let's aim for operational efficiency starting today!

Benefits of Integrating Shopify and SPIRAL

Benefit 1: Prevention of Manual Errors

When an order is placed on Shopify, the data is automatically added to SPIRAL, eliminating the need for manual data entry. In e-commerce site management, manually entering data into SPIRAL every time an order increases is cumbersome and increases the risk of errors.

By integrating Shopify and SPIRAL, data is automatically added to SPIRAL when an order occurs, allowing you to avoid input errors and duplicate work. For example, by smoothly transferring customer information and order details to SPIRAL, efficient data management is achieved, and a reduction in workload can be expected.

Benefit 2: Enhance Service Quality with Faster Customer Response

With customer information immediately accessible in SPIRAL, you can expect improved order response times. By automatically transferring Shopify order data to SPIRAL, the customer support team can quickly check order status and customer information.

This enables swift responses to customer inquiries and change requests, potentially leading to improved service levels. For example, smoothly handling order cancellations or checking delivery status can increase customer satisfaction.

How to Create a Flow for Integrating Shopify and SPIRAL

Let's set up the flow to integrate Shopify and SPIRAL using Yoom.
This flow involves "adding to SPIRAL when an order is placed on Shopify."

  1. Integrate Yoom with Shopify and SPIRAL as My Apps
  2. Set up App Trigger in Shopify
  3. Configure SPIRAL Record Registration

Even without programming knowledge, the setup is completed in just three steps.

Copy the template from the "Try it out" banner below and let's proceed together.

[What is Yoom]

Step 1: Connect Shopify and SPIRAL with My Apps

First, let's connect the apps used in this flow with Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, click on "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the "New Connection for My Apps" window appears, search for Shopify and SPIRAL respectively and follow the displayed instructions to enter the required information.

An access token is required for connecting SPIRAL with My Apps. Please refer to the official help page for more details.
Additionally, creating an app is necessary for connecting Shopify with My Apps. Please refer to the following link to proceed.

How to Register My Apps in Shopify

Once the setup is complete, it will be displayed in the My Apps list.

If SPIRAL is also displayed similarly, the My Apps connection is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a flow bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom
* If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Set up App Trigger in Shopify

Click on the initial setting "When a new order is created".
On the first page, the account information of the Shopify linked with My App is reflected.

The title can be changed. If you are running multiple flows, make it distinguishable.
After confirming the account information, proceed without changing the trigger action.

On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.

Check for the occurrence of Shopify orders at the specified interval.
The shortest interval is 5 minutes, but the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan, so please be careful.

Enter the subdomain and click "Test" to get the output.

Once confirmed, click "Save".
This completes the app trigger setup.

Step 3: Set up Record Registration in SPIRAL

The next setting is "Register Record".
On the first page, confirm the account information as with Shopify, and if necessary, change the title before proceeding.

On the next page, enter the details to register the record in SPIRAL.

All fields are required, so proceed with input while confirming with SPIRAL.
Once input is complete, click "Test" to get the output here as well.

Once confirmed up to this point, click "Save" to complete all settings.
Finally, turn the trigger ON to run the flow.

Now, when an order is created in Shopify, the information will be reflected in SPIRAL.

Other Automation Examples Using Shopify and SPIRAL

There are many other examples of automation using Shopify and SPIRAL at Yoom, so let me introduce them.

1. Add a record to Google Sheets when there is an order on Shopify

By integrating Shopify with Google Sheets, you can reflect order information on a specified sheet. Using Google Sheets makes sharing and analysis easier. It seems like you can use it in a different way than integration with SPIRAL.

2. Create a folder in Dropbox when a client is registered in SPIRAL

By integrating SPIRAL with Dropbox, client folders can be automatically created. This is an example of automation that can improve work efficiency for those who frequently exchange documents while operating an online store.

Summary

The integration of Shopify and SPIRAL greatly aids in streamlining operations and improving the quality of customer service. By eliminating the need for manual data entry, it reduces errors and ensures smoother operations.

Additionally, with Yoom, you can easily set up flows without any coding, making it accessible even without programming knowledge. Why not take this opportunity to automate tedious tasks and make your e-commerce site operations smoother? Start by registering for Yoom for free and begin integrating Shopify and SPIRAL.

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
