This time, we have integrated Smaregi and RakuRaku Sales to streamline data management related to sales operations! First, let's introduce the benefits of this integration. How to Create a Linkage Flow between Smaregi and Raku-Raku Sales

Step 1: Link Smaregi and Raku-Raku Sales to My Apps

Once registration with Yoom is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Click the new connection button at the top right.


Enter the name of the app to be linked in the box.

Linking Smaregi and Yoom

1. Search
Enter Smaregi in the box and select the Smaregi icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Enter the required fields.

3. Add
Once entered, click Add at the bottom right.

Once the above display appears, the linkage is complete.

Linking Raku-Raku Sales and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Raku-Raku Sales" in the displayed box and click the Raku-Raku Sales icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Details on how to link are described in the displayed image.
Follow the instructions to generate an API token.


Once the API token is generated, copy and paste it into the required fields.

3. Add Click Add at the bottom right.

Once the above display appears, the linkage is complete.

This concludes the My Apps linkage between Smaregi and Raku-Raku Sales.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the page you navigated to
3. Register for Yoom
※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting to Retrieve Data from Smaregi in Real-Time

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the Copied Template
Click "Add to RakuRaku Sales when a transaction occurs in Smaregi".

3. Select App Trigger
Click on the Smaregi icon "When transaction information is registered (Webhook activation)".
Since the title and other settings are complete, click Next.

4. Webhook Settings

Set up the Webhook. By doing this, when a transaction occurs in Smaregi, the data can be reflected in RakuRaku Sales in real-time.

5. Register Product
Conduct a transaction in Smaregi to test send the data.

6. Execute Test


Once the transaction data is registered, return to Yoom and press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If it displays "Test Successful" in blue, the Smaregi Webhook setup is complete.

Step 3: Setting to Retrieve Detailed Data from Smaregi

1. Connect with App
Click on the Smaregi icon "Retrieve Transaction Details".
Since the title and other settings are complete, click Next.

2. Enter Required Fields

Please enter the contractor ID as per the supplement at the bottom of the box.


Use the transaction ID from the data you test sent earlier.
Therefore, click the box and select the red frame.

Click "Transaction ID" and insert it.

3. Execute Test


Once the transaction data is registered, return to Yoom and press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If it displays "Test Successful" in blue, the detailed Smaregi setup is complete.

Step 4: Setting to Add Data to RakuRaku Sales

1. Connect with App
Click on the RakuRaku Sales icon "Register Record".
Since the title and other settings are complete, click Next.

2. Enter Required Fields

Enter according to each supplement.

3. Set Registration Data

Set which data from Smaregi to link with which header item in RakuRaku Sales.
Click the box for the value to be registered.


Select the red frame.


Since the detailed data from Smaregi will be displayed, click and insert the ones you want to reflect in RakuRaku Sales.

Once the values can be entered, it will look like the image.
Regarding the header item ID, please check from the detailed screen of RakuRaku Sales and enter it manually.


Multiple registration data can be set. Click the red frame at the bottom left.


A new registration data box will be displayed as shown in the image.
Set it as needed.

4. Execute Test
Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Please save.

5. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the flowbot creation is complete, it will be displayed as shown above.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of a flowbot using Smaregi and RakuRaku Sales.
