How to Create a Smaregi and SendGrid Integration Flow
Step 1: Connect Smaregi and SendGrid to My Apps
(1) First, connect Smaregi to My Apps. After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left panel and search for Smaregi from "New Connection".
When the Smaregi app icon appears, click it, enter your account name and contract ID, and then click "Add".
(2) Next, let's connect SendGrid. Proceed to the registration screen just like with the new Smaregi app connection, enter your account name and access token, and click "Add".
Now, both apps are connected to your Yoom account.
Step 2: Set Smaregi as the App Trigger
Let's set up the flow bot using the template below.
(1) Open the template above and click on the "Try this template" icon. Since the template will be copied, click the "OK" button.
(2) You will be taken to a screen like the one above, so let's proceed with setting up the Flowbot. First, click on "When member information is registered (Webhook activation)".
(3) Here, enter the account information for Smaregi that you want to link, and confirm that the trigger action is "When member information is registered (Webhook activation)". Click [Next].
(4) As shown above, execution instructions for the settings will be displayed, so proceed with the settings. Click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
Step 3: Retrieve member information from Smaregi
(1) Once the app trigger in Step 2 is set, the next step is to set up the action to retrieve member information registered in Smaregi. Click on "Retrieve member information".
Similarly, enter the information for the same Smaregi account and confirm that the action item is "Retrieve member information", then click [Next].
(2) Enter the information for "Contract ID" and "Member ID". After completing the input, click [Test].
If there are no issues, click [Save]. This completes the setup to retrieve member information.
Step 4: Register member information in SendGrid
(1) After setting the two actions for Smaregi, proceed to set up the registration of member information in SendGrid.
Click on the third action for SendGrid, "Add new contact to contact list".
Add the account information for SendGrid that you want to link on this screen, and click [Next].
(2) You will transition to the API connection settings, where you should enter the fields for "Email Address", "Last Name", and "First Name". For "List ID", enter or select the desired list ID to which you want to add the contact.
Clicking the input bar allows you to check supplementary information. You can reference the output obtained in the previous step.
Click [Test] to verify if the settings were configured correctly.
(3) After confirming the test was successful, click "Save".
This completes the integration of the two apps. By keeping the "Trigger ON", the Flowbot will automatically activate.
