How to Create a Ticket in HubSpot When a Customer is Created in board

Step 1: Integrate board and HubSpot with My Apps

1. After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select board and HubSpot respectively and integrate the apps.

Step 2: Set a trigger to activate when a new customer is created on the board

1. Open the copied template. (If you want to change the title, modify the red-framed part in the image below.)
 To open the template manually, select the relevant template from My Projects and click "Edit" in the upper right corner of the screen to open it.

2. Click "App Trigger When a new customer is created" from Flowbot.

3. Set up "Select Linked Account and Action".
 Change the "App Trigger Title" as needed and click "Next".

4. Set up the API connection for the app trigger.
 ・Trigger activation interval: Set an appropriate time according to your business needs.
 ・API Key: Refer to the address listed at the bottom of the field.

5. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".

Step 3: Set up an action to create a ticket in HubSpot

1. Click "Integrate with App Create Ticket" from Flowbot.

2. Set up "Select Linked Account and Action".
 Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Set up the API connection.
 Enter the necessary parts for each item.
 Note: Ticket name and pipeline stage are required fields.
 Note: You can refer to the information from the output obtained in Step 2.

4. Conduct a test, and if successful, click "Save".

Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
This completes the flow of creating a ticket in HubSpot when a customer is created on the board.
