Step 1: Integrate Airtable and HubSpot with My Apps

1. After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select Airtable and HubSpot respectively, and integrate the apps.

‍Step 2: Set Up a Trigger to Activate When a New Record is Added to Airtable

1. Open the copied template. (If you want to change the title, modify the red-framed part in the image below.)
* To open the template manually, select the relevant template from My Projects and click "Edit" in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Click "App Trigger When a New Record is Added" from the Flowbot.

3. Set up "Select Integration Account and Action".
Change the "App Trigger Title" as needed and click "Next".

4. Configure the API connection settings for the app trigger.
・Trigger Activation Interval: Set an appropriate time according to your business needs.
・Base ID, Table Name: Refer to the red-framed part in the image below for input.

5. Conduct a test and confirm success.
* For additional information you want to use in the next step, select from "Add Values to Retrieve" in the output.

6. Click "Save".

Step 3: Set Up an Action to Create a Ticket in HubSpot

1. Click "Integrate with App Create Ticket" from the Flowbot.

2. Set up "Select Integration Account and Action".
Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Configure the API connection settings.
Refer to the notes at the bottom of the field for inputting each item.
* Ticket Name and Pipeline Stage are required fields.
* You can refer to the information from the output obtained in Step 2.

4. Conduct a test and if successful, click "Save".

Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
