Let's get started by creating a flow that integrates Microsoft Teams and X (Twitter)!

The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps:

• Copy the template
• Set up the trigger in Microsoft Teams and the action in X (Twitter)
• Turn on the trigger and complete the preparation for the flow operation

Step 1: App Integration with Microsoft Teams and X (Twitter)

Here, we will integrate Yoom with each app to enable operations.
First, log in to Yoom, then press My Apps on the left menu and click the Add button on the right.

Integration with Microsoft Teams‍‍

1. Search
Enter Microsoft Teams in the search box and click the Microsoft Teams icon.

2. Sign In
Enter your Microsoft email address or phone number and click Next.

Enter your password and click Sign In.
When the screen asks "Stay signed in?", click Yes.

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the following display appears, the integration is complete!

Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.‍

Integration with X (Twitter)

1. Search
Enter X (Twitter) in the search box and click the X (Twitter) icon.

2. Sign In
Transition to the following screen and click "Allow app to access".

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the following display appears, the integration is complete!

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, please copy the template to be used this time from below.

The template will be copied to your Yoom management screen as shown below, so press OK to proceed with the setup.

Step 3: Microsoft Teams Trigger Action Settings

1. Select "When a message is sent to the channel" in the red frame

‍Click on the Microsoft Teams icon "When a message is sent to the channel".
Once the screen transitions, the title and other settings are already completed, so press Next as is!

2. API Connection Settings for the App Trigger

• Trigger Interval: Varies depending on the subscription plan. Please refer to here for details on each plan.
• Team ID: Click the box to display and select from options.
• Channel ID: Click the Team ID to choose from the options.

Before testing, please send a message to the specified channel in Microsoft Teams in advance.
This time, we sent a temporary message as shown below.

If the test is successful, the retrieved values will be displayed as shown below.

Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Post on X (Twitter)

1. Click on "Post a Post" in the red frame

2. Select the Linked Account and Action
The linked account will be the information registered in Step 1. Leave it as is and click "Next".

3. API Connection Settings
Use the retrieved value from Microsoft Teams to set the text of the post.
Fill in each field as needed.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" and if the test is successful, click "Save".

Step 5: Turn ON the Trigger and Check Operation

The setup is complete, so turn the trigger "ON" and check the operation.
