For those who want to try it immediately

In this article, we will introduce the integration method using the no-code tool "Yoom".

No complicated settings or operations are required, and even non-engineers can easily achieve it.

You can start right away using the template below, so please give it a try!

Many people use Asana for managing tasks and projects. It's a very convenient service because it allows for efficient progress management. However, on the other hand, you might feel burdened by having to manually add tasks each time. In such cases, the integration discussed in this article might be helpful. This time, we introduce a method to automatically add form information submitted via Wix as tasks in Asana! It's recommended for those who want to make task management more efficient by integrating Wix and Asana. If you're interested, please try the automatic integration with Yoom. [Yoom Overview] Benefits of Integrating Wix and Asana Benefit 1: Streamlining Task Management For those who manually add tasks to Asana based on Wix form information, using this automatic integration eliminates the need for additional work. This reduces the workload, allowing you to focus on other high-priority tasks. Additionally, manual additions often result in a time lag before the information is reflected, but automation ensures speedy updates. This allows project managers to adjust priorities and assign tasks based on the latest information. These points contribute to overall project efficiency and are expected to improve productivity. Benefit 2: Avoiding Human Error When there are many tasks performed manually, the risk of human error increases, potentially hindering operations. For example, if a task is missed, accurate progress management becomes difficult, and smooth operations may be disrupted. Alternatively, when adding a task like "Send Documents," it might be added with the wrong address, resulting in the documents not reaching the customer. Automating input tasks minimizes such risks, reducing unnecessary effort and preventing opportunity loss. Wix and Asana Integration Flow Now, let's introduce how to actually integrate Wix and Asana. The flow introduced here is "Add to Asana when a form is submitted on Wix." The specific integration steps are as follows: 1. Set up an app trigger in Wix 2. Add a task to Asana Yoom provides the above two steps as a template. It's easier to create a flow bot than starting from scratch, so first click the "Try it" button on the banner below to copy the template! Once copied, you can operate it from "My Projects" in the sidebar.

Wix and Asana My App Integration

After copying the template, register Wix and Asana in Yoom's My Apps as a preliminary step.
If you have already registered, please proceed to "Step 1. Setting the App Trigger".

<Procedure>

1. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" → "+ New Connection" in order.

2. Search for Wix and Asana from the search window and enter the necessary information for each registration.

The following information is required when registering Wix:

If Wix and Asana are displayed in the My Apps list, you are ready!
Let's proceed to the detailed settings right away!

If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom
※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 1. Set Up App Trigger

First, open the template you copied earlier from "My Projects" in the sidebar.

Next, click the app trigger "When the form is submitted".

On the first page, the pre-linked Wix account information will be displayed, so please check it and click "Next" if there are no issues.

On the next page, set up the Webhook event reception.
Follow the instructions and the article below to set it to trigger when the form is submitted.

Once all settings are complete, click "Test" to check for errors.

If there are no issues up to this point, the trigger setup is complete by clicking "Save".

Step 2. Add a Task

Next, click "Add Task".

On the first page, similar to Step 1, account information will be displayed, so click "Next" if there are no issues.
On the second page, set up to add a task.
"Task Name", "Project ID", and "Section ID" are required fields, so be sure to fill them in.
Use the information in the output or candidates to fill in.

Other fields are optional, but it is recommended to use the information output from Wix to fill in the task description in detail.
This way, you can check the task details just by accessing Asana, reducing the need to check the original form information.
It is pre-written to include "Form ID" and "Submission Date", so please make changes as necessary.

Click "Test" and if no errors appear, click "Save".
Once a pop-up like the one below is displayed, all settings are complete.
Turning the trigger ON will execute the flow.

I've been working for SaaS companies as a customer success since I was a student. I was working using multiple cloud services, and there were times when I thought it would be convenient if services could be linked more easily with each other. Since apps can be linked without code with Yoom, anyone can easily set it up. I would like to be able to convey the appeal of Yoom in an easy-to-understand manner and contribute to improving everyone's work efficiency!
