After copying the template, the first step is to register Wix and Salesforce from Yoom's "My Apps" as a preliminary preparation.

Step 1. Set App Trigger

First, click on the app trigger "When the form is submitted".

On the first page, the pre-linked account information will be displayed, so please check it.
If there are no issues, click "Next".

Set up the Webhook event reception for the app trigger.

Step 2. Add Record

Below that, there are fields to specify the "My Domain URL" and "API Reference Name of the Object" required to integrate with Salesforce, so enter them and click "Next".

On the next page, set the values for the record to be added.

Click "Test" and if no errors appear, click "Save".
