Before You Start
1. In RakuRaku Sales, please contract the API integration option and register Yoom's IP address.
2. Please log in to Yoom.

Step 1: Connect WooCommerce and Rakuraku Sales with My Apps
*If you have already completed the app connection, please proceed to Step 2.
1. Select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.
2. From the new connection list in My Apps, select WooCommerce and Rakuraku Sales respectively, and connect the apps. *For WooCommerce connection, you need to enter the account and access token as shown in the figure below. If you are unsure about Base64 encoding, please refer to this article.
*For Rakuraku Sales connection, entering the account name and access token is mandatory. Please generate the token following the steps in the figure below. Additionally, if you are using SSL client authentication, you will also need the client certificate file and its password.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flowbot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

Step 2: Setting up a trigger that activates when an order is created in WooCommerce
1. Open the copied template. ※ You can change the title to any desired one from the red frame in the image below.
2. Click on the Flowbot's "App Trigger: When an Order is Created".
3. Set up "Select Integration Account and Action". Change the title as needed and click "Next".
4. Set up the API connection for the app trigger. Enter the URL of the top page of the e-commerce site and click "Test".
5. If the test is successful, click "Next".
6. Perform a test order on the target site, then click "Test".
7. If the test is successful, click "Save".
Step 3: Setting up an action to register a record in Rakuraku Sales
1. Click on the Flowbot's "Integrate with App: Register Record".
2. Set up "Select Integration Account and Action". Change the title as needed and click "Next".
3. Set up the API connection. Select and enter each item. ・"Header Item ID" in "Registration Data": Enter the item ID of the information to be synchronized. ・"Value to Register" in "Registration Data": Select the item corresponding to the ID from the output of the order information obtained in Step 2. ※ To increase the items to be synchronized, click "+ Add Registration Data" to set it. To delete the second and subsequent items, click the ✕ mark in the upper right corner of the frame. ※ The image below is an example of input.

4. Click "Test".
5. If the test is successful, click "Save".
