Before connecting, make sure to create a task in Wrike!

1. Click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "Add".
Enter "Wrike" in the search box at the top right and select Wrike from the search results.
2. On the displayed screen, enter your email address and password, and click "Next".
On the next screen, click "Approve".
3. Next, register Microsoft Teams with My Apps.
Similarly, click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "Add".
Enter "Microsoft Teams" in the search box and select Microsoft Teams from the search results.
On the next screen, enter your email address and click "Next".
※ Make sure to log in to your Microsoft account.
※ Microsoft Teams is a Microsoft service.
※ If you are not subscribed to a general corporate plan (Microsoft 365 Business) for Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), authentication may fail.
On the next screen, enter your password and click "Sign In".
If Wrike and Microsoft Teams are displayed in My Apps, registration is complete.
Let's create a flow from here! Since we are using a template, open the template page below and click 'Try this template'.
The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Please click "OK" on the next screen.
*The following screen will appear when you click "Notify Microsoft Teams when a task is updated in Wrike [Copy]" in the Flowbot under "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom page screen.
1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When a task is created or updated" on the displayed screen.
2. Enter the required fields on the displayed screen. Keep the trigger action as is and click "Next".
3. Set the details on the displayed screen.
Select "Trigger Interval".
*It is recommended to set it to the shortest time possible!
*You can choose trigger intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

4. After entering, run "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
*The retrieved value can be used in other operations as indicated by "This value can be used in other operations." and can be utilized in the next settings.
1. Click the branch "Command Operation".
* The "Branch" operation is available for Mini plans and above. Please note that using it on a Free plan will result in an error.

Set the operation to "When a task is created or updated" and configure the item you want to detect in the retrieved value.
The "Branch Condition" sets the conditions for processing the branch destination. Please select from the retrieved value displayed when you click the input field.

Once the settings are complete, click "Save".
1. Click "Retrieve Task Info" to integrate with the app.
Enter the required fields on the displayed screen and click "Next".
2. Set up the API connection.
Select "Task ID" from the retrieved value displayed when you click the input field.
After entering, run "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
