Are you struggling with language barriers when sharing information with overseas members? Especially in tasks with many English emails, translation work can be burdensome, and there's a risk of missing important information. With this integration, English emails are automatically translated and notified in Google Chat, reducing the workload and potentially improving the quality and productivity of your work. You can easily set it up without programming knowledge, so let's proceed with the setup together.

Benefits of Automatically Translating English Emails and Notifying in Google Chat

Benefit 1: Information Transmission Beyond Language Barriers

English emails from overseas members are automatically translated into Japanese and notified in Google Chat, allowing information to be conveyed without language anxiety. Important communications such as progress reports and confirmation requests for international projects can be understood in Japanese, reducing delays and misunderstandings.

This process leads to swift decision-making and allows you to confidently engage in business with overseas clients and partners.

Benefit 2: Reducing Workload by Streamlining Translation Tasks

The need for manual translation tools is eliminated, significantly reducing the time spent on translation in tasks involving a large volume of English emails. For instance, when translation of contracts or technical documents is needed, automatic translation reduces the workload, allowing time to be allocated to more value-added tasks such as analysis and strategy planning.

This reduces employee burden and is expected to improve the quality and productivity of work.
