Step 1: Connect YouCanBookMe and LINE WORKS to My Apps

1. How to register for YouCanBookMe

Click "My Apps" and select YouCanBookMe from "New Connection".

Account Name: Set as desired
Access Token: Obtain it on YouCanBookMe.

Click "Add" to complete My Apps registration.

2. How to register for LINE WORKS
Next, select LINE WORKS from "New Connection".

To register for LINE WORKS, you need to set the Client ID, Client Secret, and Scope.

After completing the settings, click "Add" to complete My Apps registration.

Next, please click "Try it" on the template below.
From the next step, we will start creating the flow!

Step 2: Setting up a trigger to activate upon receiving a Webhook from YouCanBookMe

First, click on "When a Webhook is received" to set it up.

This page already has the items set up.
Once you confirm that the trigger action is "When a Webhook is received," click "Next."

Copy the Webhook URL from the image above and set it up within YouCanBookMe.
Once the setup is complete, register a sample schedule in YouCanBookMe.

Click on "Test" to retrieve information from YouCanBookMe as output.
Once you confirm that the output is correctly retrieved, save the settings.

Step 3: Sending a message to a talk room in LINE WORKS

Next, select "Send a message to a talk room."

This page already has the items set up.
Once you confirm that the trigger action is "Send a message to a talk room," click "Next."

Set the Bot ID from the options.
Refer to the annotations to set the Talk Room ID.


The message content is set as shown above.
The {{Reservation ID}} part can automatically quote the reservation ID obtained from YouCanBookMe.

If you want to set other items like status, start date, or end date, click within the message box and select the item you want to quote from "When a Webhook is received" in the output.


Once the setup is complete, press "Test" at the bottom of the screen.
If the test is successful and the output is retrieved correctly, save it.

Step 4: Turn on the trigger

Once all items are set up, the image above will be displayed.
Click "Turn on the trigger."

This completes the flow of "Notifying LINE WORKS when a schedule is registered in YouCanBookMe."
