This time, we will create a flow bot that "adds a new video posted on YouTube to Google Sheets"!
The creation process is broadly divided as follows.
Before setting up Flowbot, let's connect Yoom with the app.
Once logged into Yoom, select My Apps and click on "+ Add".

Use the search box in the app list to select YouTube.

After clicking, you'll be taken to a screen to connect with your Google account.

You have now registered your YouTube My App.

Now you have copied the template.
The copied template is saved in My Projects.

Once the preparations are complete, let's set up the flow bot!
Click on "When a new video is published on the YouTube channel" in the copied template.

The title is pre-entered, but you can change it.
Make sure to check the account information linked with YouTube.
Ensure that "When a new video is published on the YouTube channel" is selected as the trigger, and click Next.

Set the trigger activation time.
You can choose the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
The trigger activation interval is the time to check if the event that triggers (a new video is published on the YouTube channel) is executed on YouTube at each set trigger activation interval.
If you want to get the latest information, set the shortest selectable time.
Set the channel ID.
Once set, click Test.

If the test is successful and you can get the YouTube output, save it.

Finally, we have reached the last item.
Click "Add Record" to proceed with the setup.

You can change the title.
Check the account information linked with Google Sheets.
Select "Add Record" as the action.

Select the spreadsheet ID from the suggestions.

Set the sheet name and table range.
Once set, click Next.

You should see the record information of Google Sheets.
Select the output obtained from the YouTube trigger for each item.
When using the output, it will be described as {{●●}}.
The part of ●● will be a variable value each time the trigger is executed.
If you do not use the output, the same content will be repeatedly added to Google Sheets, so be sure to utilize the output.

Once set, click Test.

If the test is successful and you can add it to the Google Sheets record, please save it.
After saving, turn on the trigger and check the operation.
