・Please connect both Outlook and freee accounting with Yoom.
・You can choose the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
・OCR data may not be readable if it exceeds 6,500 characters or if the text is too small.
・AI operations are only available with the Team Plan and Success Plan. For Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operation of the set flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general corporate use (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general corporate plan, authentication may fail.
The invoice information uploaded to the input form will be automatically registered as an unpaid transaction in freee. It is also possible to store the invoice file in freee's file box and link it to the transaction. You can share the created input form with external parties (such as business partners) and have them upload invoices directly to the form.
You can create a quote in freee using the quote information registered in the Yoom database. The created quote can be viewed within freee.
