- First, connect OneDrive to Yoom
- Next, select OneDrive as the trigger and set it to “When a file is created or updated in a specific folder”
- Set up a branch in the operation so that subsequent steps run only when the created file is a PDF
- Next, configure the OneDrive “Download a file” action as an operation
- Use the RPA feature to operate an online PDF compression tool, configuring the browser steps to upload, compress, and download the file again
- Finally, configure the OneDrive “Upload a file” action as an operation to save the compressed file to the designated folder

- For the trigger and the OneDrive operation that uploads the file, set the target drive ID, folder ID, and other details as needed
- With branching, you can freely define the conditions for running subsequent operations, such as processing files only when their names contain “.pdf”
- For the RPA feature, configure the URL of the online PDF compression tool you use, the buttons to click, the file upload location, and other details to match your environment
- When uploading the compressed file to OneDrive, you can also dynamically change the file name, such as by adding a specific string like “_compressed”

- Connect OneDrive to Yoom.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home use and business use (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- Customize browser operation steps to match the website you use.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an available feature (operation) on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and features (operations). For details, see the Pricing Plans page.
- Files up to 300 MB can be downloaded. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
- For details on the file size limits applicable to triggers and individual operations, see File Size Limits.
- Browser operation steps are available only on the Success plan. On the Free, Personal, Mini, and Team plans, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
