With this workflow, files are automatically backed up to a designated Google Drive folder as soon as they are uploaded to a specific OneDrive folder. This ensures important files are managed in duplicate, reliably and efficiently.

- Next, select OneDrive as the trigger, set the action to “When a file is created or updated in a specific folder,” and specify the target folder
- Next, configure a branch operation so that subsequent processes run only when a new file is created
- Then, configure the OneDrive “Download file” action as an operation and specify the file detected by the trigger
- Finally, configure the Google Drive “Upload file” action as an operation and upload the downloaded file to the backup folder

- In the OneDrive trigger settings, specify the folder you want to use as the starting point for backups
- When uploading files to Google Drive, you can customize the workflow by setting fixed values for the destination folder or file name, or by inserting information obtained by the preceding trigger as variables
■Notes
- Connect both Google Drive and OneDrive to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured flow bot operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise restricted. For details, see the pricing plans page.
