■Flowbot Workflow

1. First, connect ClickUp and Todoist with Yoom.
2. Next, select ClickUp as the trigger and set the action to “When a task is created.”
3. Then, set the ClickUp “Get a task” action as an operation to retrieve detailed information about the task obtained by the trigger.
4. Next, configure branching as an operation so that the flow proceeds only when the retrieved task information meets specific conditions.
5. Finally, set the Todoist “Create a task” action as an operation to create a task based on the information from ClickUp.

■Customization Options

• Set the conditions for adding tasks to Todoist as needed in the branching settings. For example, you can target only tasks assigned to a specific person or tasks created in a specific list.
• In the Todoist task creation action, customize the task name, due date, assignee, and other details based on the information retrieved from ClickUp.
