- Next, set the AI feature’s “Extract text” action as an operation to extract the information required to create an event from the deal details.
- Finally, set the Google Calendar “Create an event” action as an operation to add an event to the calendar based on the extracted information.

- For the AI text extraction operation, specify which details you want to extract from the Bitrix24 deal information, such as the meeting date and time or destination.
- When creating an event in Google Calendar, specify how to use the information retrieved and extracted in previous operations in the event title and description.
■Notes
- Connect both Bitrix24 and Google Calendar to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- When creating a deal in Bitrix24, enter the event start date and time and end date and time in the COMMENTS field.
