■Workflow
- First, connect Google Contacts and Google Sheets to Yoom.
- Next, select “Manual launch” as the trigger so the workflow can be run whenever needed.
- Then, configure the “Get a list of contacts” action for Google Contacts in an operation.
- Next, add a “Repeat” operation to process the contact information retrieved in the previous step one item at a time.
- Finally, configure the “Add a record” action for Google Sheets and add the contact information retrieved through the repeat process to the specified sheet row by row.
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- Set the trigger to manual launch to run this workflow whenever you choose.
- When retrieving a list of contacts from Google Contacts, you can configure options such as the page token and display order.
- For the repeat process, you can specify the contact list data retrieved from Google Contacts in the previous step as a variable and customize the repeat conditions.
- When adding records to Google Sheets, configure the destination spreadsheet, sheet, table range, and other settings as needed.
■Notes
- Connect both Google Contacts and Google Sheets to Yoom.
- Actions between “Repeat the same process” operations are available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, the operations and Data Connect settings in configured workflows will result in errors.
- Paid plans, including the Team and Success plans, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
- When retrieving a list of contacts from Google Contacts, a single execution may not retrieve all contacts if there are many. In that case, use the “next page token (nextPageToken)” included in the response to run the same action repeatedly.
