■Flowbot steps

First, connect Gmail to Yoom.
Next, select a form as the trigger and set the action to “When a response is submitted.” Enter information such as the prompt you want to improve in this form.
Then, set up an AI Worker as an operation and create a manual (instruction) for “Generating suggestions to improve an AI agent's prompt.”
Finally, set Gmail's “Send an email” action as an operation to notify the specified address of the suggestions generated by the AI Worker.

■Customization options

For the trigger form, freely configure the fields needed to collect information such as the prompt to improve, its purpose, and its target audience.
You can customize the instructions given to the AI Worker. For example, you can add instructions to request more specific improvement suggestions or to output results in a particular format.

■Notes

Connect Gmail to Yoom. You must also connect any tools (apps) used within the AI Worker to My Apps.

The number of concurrent AI Worker runs, the number of AI Workers you can create, and the AI models available depend on your plan.
The apps and operations available within an AI Worker are subject to the same usage restrictions as Flowbots.
