How to Create a Ticket in HubSpot When a Schedule is Registered in Calendly

Since we will set up automation, please click "Try it" on the banner below.

You will be redirected to the following screen, where you can check the "Title" and "Description" and make changes on the following page if necessary.
First, start with the Calendly settings, and click on "When an event is scheduled."

Please check the following settings.

  • "App Trigger Title" → Set as desired
  • "Account Information to Integrate with Calendly" → Check for discrepancies
  • "Trigger Action" → When an event is scheduled (Webhook activation)

You will be redirected to the following screen, where you should select the "Organization URI" from the options.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save."

You will be redirected to the following screen, where you should send a Webhook event or execute the event.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save."

Next, proceed with the HubSpot settings by clicking "Create Ticket."
Once you are redirected to the following screen, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Set as desired
  • "Account Information to Integrate with HubSpot" → Check for discrepancies
  • "Action" → Create Ticket

Please make the following settings.

  • "Ticket Name" → Set as desired
  • "Pipeline Stage" → Specify the internal value of the applicable pipeline, e.g., 1

For "Ticket Description," enter the Calendly output to display the details of the Calendly event.
The output can be used by clicking on the red-framed section.

If there are any other necessary fields, please fill them in.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save."
